(28 January 2022)

In view of the latest development of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the Organizing Committee has decided to hold the ICBL 2022 in hybrid mode. We are getting closer to the conference date. However, the present situation is still unclear and there are still travel restrictions in many places. Some participants also expressed their concerns on health issues. After considering various factors, in particulars, the health and well-being of our conference participants, the Organizing Committee has decided to hold the conference as scheduled but provide an online option (with a reduction of registration fee) to participants who are not able to attend the conference physically. Detailed arrangement will be announced later. Meanwhile, you may rest assured that the publication of the conference proceedings would not be affected. Copies of the conference proceedings will be sent to individual entitled participants via courier, right after the conference. Should you have any questions, please contact us at icbl.2022@cityu.edu.hk.
